Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MYLKY! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and customer experience, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. 
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@getmylky.com immediately.
  • Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please see our return policy for unopened products to request a refund.

Returns for Unopened Products

  • Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be:

  1. In their original condition.
  2. Unopened, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  3. Returned in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds will only be issued upon inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • To initiate a return, email us at hello@getmylky.com with your order details and reason for return.

Used or Opened Products

Due to the nature of MYLKY being a food appliance, sanitation and safety are our top priorities.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened machines or any other products, such as:

  1. Machines with visible signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  2. Opened accessories or components, including measuring spoons, filters, or cleaning brushes.
  • No refunds will be granted for after the machine has been used, unless the machine is defective or not operating as described. Please see our warranty policy below.

Warranty Policy

MYLKY Machines are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If your machine is not operating as expected, we will replace or refund it (depending on stock availability) under warranty coverage.

Warranty inquiries can be submitted to hello@getmylky.com and must include a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance.
  2. General wear and tear.
  3. Any modifications to the machine.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds for unopened items will only be processed after inspection and approval.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
  • By placing an order with MYLKY, you agree to the terms outlined in this return and refund policy.
